Red Rock Country

We enter Sedona and marvel at the landscape.  These pictures don't do the red sandstone justice.  It's a 360 degree view of majestic rock formations, and we wonder who founded this city.

As it turns out, it was founded in 1902 and named after Sedona Arabelle Miller Schnebly, the wife of the city's first postmaster.  At the time, there were 55 residents.
